You may renew items that are overdue over the phone or in person.

Pay Your Fines Online
For fines totaling $10.00 or more, you have the option to pay online with a credit card. Log in via My Record in the DCLS Catalog. At the top on the left-hand side of the page you will see “$xx.00” in unpaid fines or bills. Once you click on this link, you will see a Pay Online icon. Click, and you will be prompted to select some or all of your fines to pay. Make your selection then click Continue to Paypal where you will be prompted for your credit card information. Next, click continue and it will tell you if your payment has gone through successfully.
As a convenience to our patrons, we are now able to accept credit and debit cards as payment for any items for which there is a charge. Of course, cash or checks are still accepted! Just ask at the Circulation desk next time you’re in the library.
Request an Item
You can reserve items in several ways: online, over the phone or in person at any Delaware County Library.
In order to reserve an item online for pickup at Radnor Memorial Library, from our radnorlibary.org homepage, click on the Catalog link. Once you are in the catalog, you can search by title, author, etc. to find the item you are interested in. When you locate the item by clicking on the link for the correct format (book, book on cd, etc.) you will see a REQUEST IT icon next to the title. Click on this button and you will be prompted to enter your name and library card barcode. Choose Radnor as your pickup location from the scroll down menu, then click submit. The catalog will display a message telling you that your request has been successful and that you will be able to pick up the material at the library you requested.
If you are requesting multiple items, it is generally easier to click on the LOGIN link first, enter your information then proceed with search and requests from within your record. This way you won’t have to re-enter your information more than once.
Once requested items arrive for pickup, they will be held for 5 days. You will be notified by phone or email depending on your chosen preference. In order to pick up reserved materials you will either need to present your library card or ID. If you wish to have someone else pick up your hold(s) you will need to give them your library card or have signed a waiver giving them permission.
Access Your Online Account
To view your account online, go to the Catalog link. Click on the LOGIN link where you will be prompted to enter your name and barcode number from your library card. If you do not have your card number you may call the library to get that information. Once in your record, you will be able to review your currently checked out items, reserve items and see status of pending reserves, renew items, see if you owe fines, pay any fine balance exceeding $10.00, and sign up for email notifications.
Change Notification Preference for Hold Requests
While in your record, click on Edit Account. Select your notification preference. If you have signed up for email notifications you will receive courtesy reminders 3 days prior to an item’s due date and notification of your reserved items ready for pickup and how long they will be held.
