Individuals or organizations interested in presenting a program at RML are encouraged to fill out the below program proposal form for consideration by our professional librarians.
General Information about Presenting at RML
- Proposed programs must support the library’s mission to provide programs, collections, space, and other resources that enhance the quality of life for the entire community.
- RML plans programs approximately 3 months in advance of presentation date.
- Library-sponsored programs are generally free to attend and open to the public.
- Solicitation of customers or clients is prohibited at programs (you may bring promotional materials for individuals to pick up as they choose).
- A high volume of proposals are received and we may not be able to respond directly to each submission. If your program is of interest, staff will contact you.
- Due to limited resources, out-of-state presenters are rarely booked.
